The annual Learning Awards recognize and honor outstanding examples of high standards, best practices, innovation and excellence in the area of Learning and Development. Considered a benchmark across the industry, these awards are offered across varied accomplishments in learning and development.
G-Cube has been shortlisted as a finalist in the ‘Innovation in Training Services’ category.
G-Cube showcased an innovative e-Learning-based Employee Induction Program developed for a multi-national bank. The bank wanted an e-Learning solution that would cut down the costs of conducting instructor-led training for its new hires across its offices in India. At the same time, they wanted to ensure that the training did not lose its efficacy and impact.
G-Cube developed an e-Learning solution with 3D and rich multimedia elements to successfully introduce the organization to the new hires without the presence of an instructor. The solution was built on a travel theme where the new hires were taken on a company tour by a virtual ‘Mentor’. To maintain the interest of the learners, the text was kept to the minimum; instead, maze-games, quizzes and awards were suitably added at relevant places.
