	G-Cube studies the setup of the client. We try to understand the working and the
	organization and where exactly we need to step in. The product has to merge with the existing set up.
	Taking the client through the product is our next step. The client too has to know all the
	possibilities the product has. He is made aware of the vast scope and the innovations possible.
	A Brainstorming session is held with the client. This session is to analyze the customization
	requirements. The client decides what he likes and what changes (if any) he would like to make in the product.
	Documentation and implementation is the next step. Once we know what the client
	requirement is we immediately set about implementing it.
	Once the product is ready it is deployed on the customer site, the product is installed and
	training is conducted.
	Our word doesn’t end here. We work with the client to ensure effective uptake of the
	system, which leads to enhanced ROI for our clients.
	Post installation, G-Cube continues to support the client by evaluating user community
	feedback and enhancing the system as required.
