Wizdom Web has a very simple solution - it's "Alerts and Notifications" feature acts as your secretary and shoots out important reminders to your mail-box. It is a notification system that does something for everyone - it issues periodic summaries for administrators and instructors, it sends out alerts to learners when a new course is being offered or when a deadline for course completion is approaching or when a new course has been assigned to them. It also acts as a very capable security system as the moment it detects any unusual activity like abnormal usage pattern or security alerts, it send out alerts to the administrator.
