Skill Gap Analysis

The purpose of Skill Gap Analysis is to identify the skills that are needed to perform effectively at the present role, or to move on to the next role. This is done by comparing the acquired skills of an individual or a department against the required skills.

Assign skills and skill levels to content objects
As a learner view courses suggested by the system as a result of skill-gap assessment or self analysis, and add these courses to 'My Course' section
Run analytical reports to identify skill gaps at the location, department, or individual level
