Define your own system roles, or use the ones that come pre-bundled with Wizdom Web (For example - Administrator, Instructor, Learner, HR etc)
Create groups of learners based on demographic units (location, job role, department, etc.)
Add users by creating new users and manage their account information
Import user information from MS Excel, or third party systems. Most organizations maintain all the necessary information about their employees (name, role, location, department, Reporting authority, etc.) in some system or other. Incorporating this information manually in the system is, needless to say, a very time-consuming task. User management makes this task simple, fast and efficient for you by allowing you to import this information in a .CSV format, or by integrating with a compatible HRIS, CRM, or proprietary system
