E-learning is now well-embraced across organizations, with diverse needs and different learning outcomes. With the implementation of a Learning Management System, comes the need for embracing the enterprise level change that it brings along. At G-Cube we ensure that our involvement with our clients does not end with just installation and implementation of the LMS. We extend our support to extract the maximum benefit of e-learning, by continuing assistance, be it technical, logistical or administrative.

Support system involves the learner, the technical team or the administrative team, as per the requirement of the client. The mode of delivery is also chosen accordingly, through phone, email or online support. The level of support delivered is also as per the scope of the project or the need of the client. The overall aim, however, remains constant – to reach out effectively and efficiently.

Help Desk Services

Our Help-Desk services are extended, for mostly learners, who need fast responses to their queries. These services too, are tailored to meet our client’s needs. Some need a dedicated help-desk with 24/7 assistance, while some may decide on a part time engagement. Some may only require dedicated services for the initial period, and then continue on part-time basis. We make available the support of experts, who are trained to deal with queries specific to learners – especially those new to the concept of e-learning. We also make special allowances to keep the needs of different learner groups across the globe, keeping in mind special concerns like time-difference.
