Consultation Services
 
G-Cube offers pre-implementation consultation services, where we study your organizations training needs and current IT setup and suggests the following:
 
Analysis of your organization vision, structure, existing training programs, various job roles
  and associated responsibilities.
Help you write RFP/SRS, choose the right system, and draw implementation strategy to

Identify skill gaps for the workforce, and suggest customized trainings (class room, and e-
  learning) to fill up the gaps
Customizations in the e-Learning system, so as to best meet your requirements
Help client in building up communication strategy for faster adoption and integration of e-

Training
 
G-Cube completely understands your system training needs, therefore, we organize Web-based and onsite training program for system familiarity. In these training sessions you will:
 
Be trained by our Lead Consultants, who can show you how to best use the system
Receive full hands on training for administrative tasks, troubleshooting
Achieve faster RoIs.
 
Post implementation services
 
G-Cube customers can select on an annual basis from the three levels of maintenance support services. Pricing and the scope and details of maintenance support services vary with the level selected. Maintenance support services address the Customer's questions about the operation of Wizdom Product Suite and the Customer reported malfunctions of Wizdom Product Suite.
