G-Cube’s Wizdom Room turns the world of learners into a REAL class room. The interactive sessions bring together the learners from across multiple locations through the small screen of the computer.

It is a Web-based interactive tool to bring the learners and the trainer together. . It is an efficient tool to ensure that learning takes place at the pace which suits both the trainer and the learner. Also, since Wizdom Room is built using Macromedia Flash technology, instructors or participants don’t need any additional plug-ins to download except Flash plug-in, which is installed in almost all the computers.

There are certain basic features of the Wizdom Room which make it an extremely effective and efficient tool for learning.

	Wizdom Room is a Web-based management system, which has all the tools to make it
	effective and truly interactive. The entire system is controlled from an intuitive Web-based interface. It is built on a highly robust and flexible development platform.
	Wizdom Room provides a virtual collaborative environment. The trainees can interact with
	each other and the trainer can handle individual trainee needs and make the sessions fruitful using live audio and video sharing facility. The applications on the desktop can be shared and the chat tool can be used for communication.
	With Wizdom Room, learners can record their session and play them later for revision. Such
	sessions can be easily tagged and help learners revise search for sessions based on various parameters, such as instructor name, subject, and date on which session was held.
	The whiteboard provided is a vital training tool and acts as the blackboard in a traditional
	classroom setting. It can be used to clarify concepts through diagrams and power point presentations which can be seen by the trainers. A bar below the whiteboard gives interesting options to the trainer to draw and innovate. A vast reservoir of knowledge can be stored and shared through this whiteboard. The whiteboard handles images, flash files and text with equal ease. The material can be easily uploaded on to the whiteboard.
	File sharing feature, which allows trainers to share various file formats, such as
	PowerPoint, Flash, Audio and Video files, Images, and Text file again comes in handy for conducting trainings.
	An assessment tool is provided to measure the effectiveness of the learning process and
	make appropriate modifications.
	A trainer can conduct polls on the fly and get valuable inputs.
