1. Business Analyst


  • - A will develop well-defined product features and specifications as well as system configurations, based on the direction of the Product Manager and clients' input, that align with product strategy and roadmaps
  • - Elicit requirements and assist in defining objectives
  • - Analyse requirements and design solutions to achieve objectives
  • - Write accurate and complete functional specifications
  • - Work closely with the Product Manager to fully understand and develop overall project and product functional requirements

Experience: 5-8 Years
Education: Graduate / Post Graduate

2. Lead Instructional Designer


  • - Analyse the requirements provided by the client and SMEs for the development of compelling courseware that achieve learning goals.
  • - Create high level and low level design.
  • - Develop objectives and ensure content matches those objectives
  • - Rephrase content to meet the learning needs
  • - Organize content and activities for student learning
  • - Visualize media to support learning (visual aids for ILT, multimedia for WBT)
  • - Create assessments
  • - Adapt instructional materials created for one delivery mode to another (usually this is adapting materials from ILT to WBT)

Experience: 7 to 10 Years
Education: Graduate / Post graduate

3. Graphic Designer / Senior Graphic Designer


  • - The Candidate should be creative, dynamic and possess good skills in visualization, can analyse small chunk of work / self work analysis.
  • - Must be flexible in terms of working on multiple tasks simultaneously. Visualize media to support learning (visual aids for ILT, multimedia for WBT)
  • - Tools Exposure –Photoshop,Storyline , Captivate, Soundforge, Lactora,After Effect and go animate

Experience: 3 to 6 years
Education: Graduate / Post graduate

4. Manager – Business Development (International Market)


  • - Identify relevant contacts at a target organisation and to establish first contact; Pitch G-Cube Services and Products - initial brief on the offering and fixing-up presentations
  • - Understanding Client Business/Requirements; Need Generation
  • - Work in close coordination with Pre-Sales/Project teams to develop proposals for the client's needs and objectives
  • - Participate in pricing the solution/service for self and team
  • - Creating Presentations, Proposals Response to EOI's, RFQ's, RFP's, RFI's
  • - Identify opportunities for campaigns, services that will lead to an increase in sales.
  • - Understanding training requirements/modalities.
  • - Learning / Training Management Systems

Experience: 6 to 10 years
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.

5. Project Manager ( Software Services )


  • - To be accountable for end-to-end delivery of projects assigned; ability to manage multiple projects effectively
  • - To work with business  managers and tech leads, as required, to evaluate  business requirements/RRFs, provide estimations to the associated business case for development projects.
  • - To manage a team of project resources to deliver solutions/ projects, in accordance with agreed -specification, design, plan, timescales and cost.
  • - Associated project governance, engagement with project stakeholders, audit compliance, process diligence to deliver quality solutions are integral part of the delivery. Ability to work with varying team sizes and flexibility in approach expected.
  • - Project reporting against agreed scope, specification and plan to stakeholders. Identifying and reporting key performance indicators of the projects. Manage project risks/ issues for the delivery.

Experience: 8 to 10 years
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.

6. Project Manager


  • - Need a project manager with relevant experience and e-learning background. Manage the project end to end, performing the following activities:
  • - Project planning & Scheduling
  • - Tracking
  • - Resource Management
  • - Client Handling
  • - Good with reporting (MIS)

Experience: 10 to 12 Years
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required

7. Senior Software Engineer


  • - Familiar with various design and architectural patterns
  • - Understanding of fundamental design principles for building a scalable application
  • - Experience creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
  • - Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
  • - Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues
  • - Must have code reviewing skills
  • - Thorough knowledge of SDLC process with excellent oral/written communication skills.
  • - Good knowledge of Concurrency and high volume server side development
  • - Should be able to manage application build and patch release
  • - Should be able to estimate the development effort for modules
  • - Must have knowledge of technical documentation (HLD, LLD)

Experience: 5 to 7 Years
Education: BE / MCA
