Learning Consultant / Solution Architect :
The role required to understand the requirement and then design solutions accordingly. A person must be from the eLearning industry and have a prior understanding of Design Solutions.
Instructional Design Analyst/Learning Consultant/Solution Architect: This position is for the presales department of G-Cube. The candidate should have sound knowledge of the learning principles and should be able to recommend learning solutions considering client requirements, learning objectives, and business need in consideration. The following list is for the key job responsibilities of this role:
- Conducting Training Need Analysis.
- Should have experience in developing a learning solution for sales and presales
- Experience in writing RRF, RFI, and RFP’s
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be analytical, problem-solving and self-driven
- Should have Rich experience in providing Learning Solutions
- Should have hands-on experience in developing design documents and storyboarding
- Sound knowledge of Cross-browser hacks
