G-Cube Webwide Software Private Limited, an MRCC Group company, won the prestigious Global Training & Development Leadership Award at the 31st edition of the World HRD Congress organized by Times Ascent.
The theme of this Congress was ‘Navigating the New World of Work’, and it touched on a few notable sub-themes of increasing use of technology at the workplace, Diversity & Inclusion, training & rescaling and coaching future leaders. The event attracted an attendance of over 2000 professionals from over 130 countries.
The Global Training & Development Leadership Award celebrates the efforts and excellence in developing innovative capabilities for workforce training and development. The evaluation process for the award involves an extensive screening process by the Jury Council of the World HRD Congress, which comprises esteemed national and international professionals.
G-Cube nominated Tata Motors Limited under the category of Best LMS Implementation in the Automobile sector. In March 2021, G-Cube and Tata Motors joined forces to address the training challenges and deliver an engaging learning experience to the workforce. G-Cube built and implemented a modern LMS – ‘Tata Motors eLearn Academy’ to not only deliver learning content but also develop an engaged workforce and a continuous learning culture. Consequently, there was a 45% increase in sales staff productivity with 95% user adoption.
