3-prong Program for Continuous Workforce Improvement and Organizational Success

E-learning courses are aligned as per the custom learning styles, and are easily accessible anytime, anywhere, and on any mobile device. It is an effective and flexible approach to provide ample opportunities for learners to undergo training at the point of need. Online workforce training is not merely generating awareness, but also about imparting the right kind of knowledge at the right time. At G-Cube, we strive towards delivering innovative e-learning solutions that align with diverse organizational goals and pertinent needs of globally dispersed learners. One of the leading technology companies approached us to create an engaging training module which provides relevance of process practices and promotes continuous workforce improvement. We created an engaging e-learning program based on three major aspects- Self-paced learning, Reinforcements, and Learner Performance Assessments. This program is designed as per the personalized needs of individuals and their custom learning styles and preferences.


  • We divided the entire e-learning program into three sections- Mandatory section, Supplementary Information, and Effective Assessment tool.
  • The Mandatory section is comprised of short and engaging animated videos to provide a clear understanding of the context.
  • The Supplementary information included interactive audio and video podcasts, infographics, PDFs, and more. These content forms are based on the concepts explained in the mandatory section.

For effective assessments, gaming mechanics embedded with the e-learning module is at the core of the success of this e-learning program. To address the different challenges in the work-life of an employee, we created twenty unique scenario-based challenges highlighting organizational practices that learners need to master. The game revolves around the work routine of an employee, and every learner needs to complete those challenges, followed by earning points, badges, and bonus cards.


The e-learning program is designed to improve the accessibility of training content for busy professionals and meet expectations of modern learners. The overall success of this program is outlined by seamless technology support, with an ability to run on multiple devices such as desktops, laptops, smartphones, and tablets.
