Client requirement

  • A technology-enabled platform of learning for a growing workforce had to be trained
  • Uniformity of training needed to be maintained, with room for continuous assessments and reports.

  • The training had to include both e-learning and classroom ILT sessions.
  • To enable just-in-time learning, the learning platform needed to be easily accessible on mobile phone and hand-held devices

  • To cater to the needs of different learner groups, the system could create multiple dynamic roles for Learners as well as Managers.
  • Assessments could be taken online and custom reports could be viewed by both learners as well as managers for enhanced learning efficacy.
  • Mobile app for the LMS for available with responsive features to make sure that learners have a uniform learning experience across multiple viewing devices.

Result

  • The logical structure and attractive UI of the LMS reduced the learning curve of all users and they were able to utilize all the features of the LMS very well.
  • Managers were able to assess learners better with the help of detailed assessments reports and create more impactful learning paths for them.
