Client Requirement

  • The client wanted to move the administration of learning to the more influential analytics-driven automated route.

  • There was a need to provide a personalized training experience for sales professionals as well as customer services.


  • A robust analytics-driven training platform was required to serve the diverse learning needs of varied audiences.
  • Another challenge was to train the workforce on improved planning, adopt best processes to increase productivity and to reduce overall Turn Around Time (TAT).

  • A robust analytics engine was necessary to address learners’ performance as well as compliance gaps.


  • The G-Cube LPP analyzed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to address the type of learning gap.
  • The G-Cube LPP Analytics Engine was implemented to generate automated reports and assessments to track individual performances continuously.
  • As per the findings of the Analytics Engine, personalized learning paths were created to fulfill the pertinent needs of all.
  • In close collaboration with the client, a robust Rule Set was created that fed G-Cube LPP Analytics Engine.
  • The modern LMS analyzed the overall KPI scores and addressed specific gaps related to product knowledge, soft skills, etc. All training content was then assigned accordingly and automatically.


  • G-Cube LPP effectively addressed the gaps related to industry compliances, product knowledge, workplace productivity, TAT, and more.
  • The platform supported automatic tracking of different gaps to address them continually.
  • G-Cube LPP analyzed individual KPI scores and then accordingly assign training courses to boost overall workforce performance.
  • The robust training platform helped to monitor employees' progress and provide refreshers.
