Client requirement

  • Client required a LMS to deliver blended learning across over 1000 employees across India
  • The LMS had to deployed on Client owned infrastructure
  • Training and support also had to be provided to make sure that employees can successfully utilize the new system.

Challenges

  • The LMS had to integrate online training as well as ILT into a common platform to increase ease of training
  • The LMS had to provide notifications for all training event – online courses as well as ILTs
  • The LMS also had to provide social and collaborative tools to encourage peer learning

Solution

  • G-Cube LMS was customized to create a platform of blended learning which included online training events as well as ILTs.
  • SMS integration was commenced to make sure that learners got text messages to keep them informed when the next training was due.
  • Social learning tools were integrated with the online learning portal to make sure that learners could connect while taking up e-courses as well as after classroom-led ILTs.
