We have been recognized with Tata Motors in the category “Best Learning Platform Implementation” for enhancing the competencies of channel staff using digital learning platform.
G-Cube and Tata Motors collaborated in March 2021 to build a modern learning management system which not only delivers learning content but builds an engaged group of learners. The LMS named as “eLearn Academy” was built with the objective of having a LMS for channel partner’s staff in commercial vehicle to develop the capabilities of the frontline. In this short span, client was able to complete 293 orientation sessions, 77% coverage of channel sales staff through E-Learning modules after implementation, 95% completed online assessment and many more.
