and jot it down in the eLearning requirement format. A candidate should have a technical understanding
of all functions and should be able to recommend and weave logical solutions and guide the team
accordingly. This person should act as a key facilitator to Own and Drive the complete life cycle of any
requirement with the help of technical experts. Functional knowledge of programming will be an
advantage.
