Someone having strong expertise in designing game-based learning program (Level 3 gamification)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Tracking and the ability to report risks.
- Able to provide estimates for development efforts.
- Responsible for the mentoring team aligned with him/her and able to execute assigned projects.
- Must be creative and aware of design principles and Interaction designs concepts
- Conceptualize and plan the graphic strategy as per project requirement.
- Should be able to create modern design concepts/prototypes to set the tone of the project.
- He / She should be able to convert ideas into design and explain to a client or internal stakeholders.
- Works towards meeting schedules, standards, and quality targets.
- Should be creative, dynamic, and possess good skills in visualization, can analyze small chunk of work.
- Must be flexible in terms of working on multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Well versed with Aftereffect, Photoshop, Soundforge, Storyline, Lectora, Captivate.
- Knowledge of 3d, Cinema 4d would be an added advantage.
- Tool - Photoshop, Illustrator, Storyline, flash, or after effect for animation
