  • A growing workforce had to be trained including employees and external dealers. 
  • Uniformity of training needed to be maintained in addition to continually updating the training content in order to maintain relevance.

Challenges

  • Learners could not retain information for long as traditional classroom learning covered a range of topics, delivered in a single session.
  • Introduction of diverse trades and functions within the industry apart from multiple car variants.
  • To offer continuous learning experience for new hires within the organization.

Our Solution

  • An efficient Spaced Learning Program was designed to fulfil customized learning needs and reinforce learning.
  • Multiple refreshers were presented to learners over a period of twelve months so that they could perceive information for long.
  • Courses were incorporated with email refreshers, interactive short videos, animations and games to boost learners’ interest.
  • Generation of reports and Skill Gap Analysis helped many departments with improved learning efficacy.
  • Short games were developed using Flash technology to enable employees recall significant content and apply it to actual scenarios at workplace.
