  • Ranking and Grading had to be included to identify top performers.

  • Customized LMS imparts knowledge and monitors the Knowledge Index of learners.
  • Individual learning plans created as per individual requirement.
  • Continuous learning was enhanced by periodic online assessments to measure performance and rank or grade learners according to their performance.
  • The G-Cube LMS was also integrated with Sales data to monitor performance of the sales workforce.
  • Various dashboards were available for all roles to monitor the performance of dealerships and individuals.
