Noida, Uttar Pradesh: To boost employee morale during these unprecedented times, G-Cube held its Annual Rewards and Recognition ceremony on 18thSeptember, 2020. The event was initiated by the leadership team lead by Manish Gupta and Kapil Gupta by sharing G-Cube’s stellar performance during the last 6 months and future business plans. The meeting included a discussion on how the current remote working arrangement has been for its employees and taking feedback. Despite the global recession, G-Cube has not reduced it manpower, or cut salaries and has continued to provide the best possible working environment for its invaluable assets. G-Cube has also continued to hire talent across functions and grown in business and expanded into various industry verticals. Discussions also included what to expect for the next few months.
Several fun activities such as treasure hunt, gone in 60 seconds, typing speed challenge and Tambola, were conducted to build teamwork and lighten the work stress. Winners were rewarded with generous vouchers. The virtual event was attended by more than 200 attendees. Over 30 associates were felicitated with service awards and more than 50 employees were given performance awards for three quarters in various categories. ESAT Star managers, training certifications and cricket tournament awards were also given.
The event was conducted virtually because of the pandemic. G-Cube continues its commitment to recognize the hard work and dedication of its employees despite the circumstances and hopes to set a precedent in the industry for others to follow. G-Cube continues its effort to support its employees to adapt to the new normal as comfortably as possible by ensuring technology, administrative and HR support. Having successfully moved its processes to the virtual domain, G-Cube has enabled virtual onboarding and orientation of new hires, complete remote technology support, hardware deliveries across geographies, among other measures.
