G-Cube celebrated the month of August as the Health Month to encourage good health and fitness for its employees. With over 80% of employee participation, the event proved to be fruitful in maintaining a better work-life balance. Plethora of health checkup camps including Dental Checkup, Blood Donation, Health Insurance Help Desk, Eye Checkup and Quit Smoking camps were organized where healthcare experts from different domains were invited. The Zumba session was also conducted where employees participated with full enthusiasm and danced on every beat to release stress at work.
Apart from these, we also conducted Stress Management and Grooming camps to help the employees successfully manage their workplace stress. Due to hectic office schedule, employees generally ignore their routine health checkups until it becomes essential. By providing such facility at the workplace, G-Cube helped its employees to cope up with workplace stress and take care of health & well-being. With the success of Health Month 2018, G-Cube plans to hold such events at a regular interval to make sure that employees are healthy and happy at work!
