G-Cube announced its stellar win at the LearnX Impact awards 2018. G-Cube bagged two Golds in the categories of ‘Best Blended Learning Model’ and ‘Best Technical Training Project’ and two Silvers in ‘Best E-Learning Widespread Adoption’ and ‘Best Sales Training Project for LearnX Impact Awards 2018’. The annual LearnX Impact Awards 2018 recognized the highly innovative and path-breaking achievements in the area of e-learning and workplace training.
In the category of Best Blended Learning Model, G-Cube designed a gamified classroom-based training program for Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS)– one of reputed retail banking subsidiaries of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group plc., together with NatWest and Ulster Bank. In their traditional classroom approach, learners could not communicate and participate much in the activities. So, we proposed a solution where fun element was introduced to improve collaboration among the employees, leading to increased learning efficiency and workplace productivity.
In the next category of Best Technical Training Project, we created a highly engaging Ebb Simulation program for Clinical Innovations– a prominent company that uses innovative technologies and medical devices to save the lives of mothers and their babies in more than 80 countries round the world. The main challenge was to create an interactive guided practice (try me) to provide surgeons and clinicians with the hands-on experience of using Ebb. We created an effective mobile-enabled simulation to train clinicians effectively, reducing the risk of lives of mothers and their babies.
n the third category of Best E-Learning Widespread Adoption, G-Cube collaborated with Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India to create technology-inclined modern LMS and engaging e-courses that cater to the customized needs of extended workforce. We designed variety of courses that were compatible with laptops, smartphones and tablets. Our solution helped the client to effectively train their dealer employees and gain expertise on their latest product range.
In the fourth and last category of Best Sales Training Project, G-Cube developed mobile-supported online courses for the sales personnel at SBI Card, the second largest credit card provider in the country, with a card base of over four million, has won numerous awards for customer support, branding, marketing and product innovation. To address the challenge of training sales employees, we designed an interactive mGurukul mobile app to enable learners access courses at their own pace of time and place.
