G-Cube, a global leader in innovative e-learning, garnered yet another remarkable achievement at the Brandon Hall’s Excellence Awards 2015. G-Cube received the highly coveted award in the category of Best Advance in Creating an Extended Enterprise Learning Program.
G-Cube showcased an innovative technology-aided solution for the dealer network of Volvo-Eicher Commercial Vehicles (VECV). The program titled ‘iLearn’ was created for the extensive network of 270+ dealers all over the country, who sell the majority of the company vehicles.
It is a constant challenge to make sure that the large workforce among the VECV dealers has the pertinent knowledge as well as the skills to make successful sales and achieve the set targets.
G-Cube partnered with VECV to create a technology-aided platform to support the new training initiative for the dealer network. G-Cube customized its new age LMS – WiZDOM – to create a learning portal that delivers training seamlessly across the vast spread of the dealer network and eventually empowers them to drive their own learning. G-Cube’s proprietary LMS, WiZDOM, is already a world-class product, with over a million users and 100+ implementations worldwide.
The iLearn program is running successfully among the more than 100 dealers across India since early 2014. A total of 1,317 users are registered on the portal, which includes 1,094 executives and 223 managers. This number is rising every day as more and more dealers are proactively embracing the new training initiative to increase their efficiencies.
