G-Cube CEO Manish Gupta has been included in the Top movers and shakers of the e-learning industry in the Asia-Pacific region which lists the most influential people of the learning industry every year. This is his third consequetive appearance in the list.
This year the judges focus for selection was on innovation, publishing case studies and research on attaining improved outcomes. In additon, the use of social media as a medium for knowledge sharing turned out to be a less important factor than it had been last year. However, longer posts on LinkedIn were ranked higher in terms of credibility than were other social media assets. The ‘movers and shakers’ lists are compiled from a corporate online learning perspective, on the basis of a person’s perceived current influence on the online learning industry – as a practitioner, commentator, facilitator and/or thought leader.
The list has been prepared by noted writer and commentator of e-learning – Bob Little. With a deep understanding of the workings of the learning industry, it has drawn many of its clients from the learning technologies sector, especially corporate e-learning.
