G-Cube, a leading e-learning and services company, won the coveted Brandon Hall bronze award in the category of Best Advance in Learning Management Technology (LMT) for successful implementation of Learning Management System (LMS) with NeGD (National e-Governance Division). The project aimed to enhance reach, flexibility and skills of Government officials under the Digital India movement.
G-Cube implemented their proprietary LMS to design the Digital India Learning Portal for government employees. The G-Cube LMS catered to the customized needs of learners from diverse locations. As most of the Government employees are not tech-savvy, the platform imparted a digitally innovative experience for all. Online training helped employees to update themselves with the changing Government policies and compliances. The main idea behind our LMS implementation was to provide in-depth understanding of the entire e-Governance framework to develop strong skills matrix. Consequently, the Digital India movement has changed the face of workplace learning for Government offices on a wider scale.
