NOIDA, U.P, 11th Oct 2022: The HR team’s responsibility lies in working for the welfare of the employees, we present you with the MRCC & G-Cube’s HR team initiatives in the 3rd quarter of 2022 for employee well-being including their family members and the fun-filled events organized within the office premises to encourage the high rate of engagement among employees.
The series of events started with the musical “Jamming session event”, a memorable evening where employees showcased their talent by singing melodious songs, playing instruments, and including solo/group dance performances. The audience too participated actively and supported their peers.
In continuation to the series “Aao fit bane” specifically organized for the well-being of the employees, the HR team organized an ‘Eye & Dental checkup camp’, Yoga, and fitness sessions. To complete the series of the required sets of COVID-19 vaccination, the HR team organized a ‘Booster Dose’ camp for employees and their family members.
The whole country celebrated the 75th year of Independence and our HR team arranged for a patriotic evening to celebrate “Independence Day”. The event included a series of patriotic songs sung by employees, solo & group dance performances, a ramp walk, and a quiz that covered questions related to India’s independence. The top performers in each category and employees with correct answers in the quiz round were rewarded with goodies.
To spread awareness and comply with the industry norms, the HR team arranged for the “Information Security Awareness” training. The sessions on the “Group Health Insurance Program” policy recap and “Financial Wellness” were arranged for the benefit of all the employees.
It’s always nice to remember to thank your colleagues. The HR team marked the Sep’22 month as ‘Write A Gratitude Note’. This activity helped the employees to express themselves and gave them the opportunity to thank their fellow colleagues for the help and support extended.
To kick off the festival season, the HR team celebrated the “Navratri festival” by setting different color tones for all nine days where employees participated by following the color coordination for the respective days. The HR team is enthusiastic about the Diwali celebrations rollout to celebrate one of the biggest festivals in our country.
A CSR activity called the “Joy of Giving Drive” for a noble cause was arranged by the HR team for SMIT Old Age Home and Care Foundation. A small effort and help along with good wishes provided a great sense of joy and happiness to the needy.
The HR team has been working to keep the spirit of the workforce high, arranging informative sessions, and cultural events, celebrating birthdays, and arranging farewells to reinforce team spirit and camaraderie.
