G-Cube announced its victories at the Learning & Development Awards and National Award for Excellence in Training and Development. The annual awards recognize inspiring and innovative solutions in the field of education and training.
G-Cube won in two categories at the Learning & Development Awards – Best Deployment of LMS and Best Use of Video in Learning. G-Cube showcased its new radical product, WiZDOM Enterprise LMS in the category of Best Deployment of LMS. G-Cube’s proprietary LMS WiZDOM Enterprise is a world-class product with over a million users and 100+ implementations worldwide. The LMS was customized and implemented for automobiles giant. WiZDOM LMS was successful in reaching out to the 15000 learners of MSIL with uniform impact. By aligning the courseware as per the needs of the learners, the platform was able to increase the learning uptake by 40%. MSIL was able to gain positive ROI in a span of mere 2 years.
In the category of Best Use of Video in Learning, G-Cube showcased a whiteboard animation based compliance video developed for leading UK-based gaming organization. The video was integrated with a learning game, providing the learners a short learning burst on Anti-Bribery Laws. The video empowered the learners to score better during the game as well as utilize the learning in their workplace.
In the National Award for Excellence in Training and Development, G-Cube won in the category of Best Training Provider. Showcasing a learning solution developed for leading direct sales company, Amway, G-Cube proved that technology-enabled learning can empower learners to sell better. The learning module was created with appropriate scenarios, conversations and recognizable figures – not like the run-of-the-mill variety of e-learning that modern learners are now bored of! With interesting and engaging content, the course was able to provide sustained training to the spread-out audience – and bring about a sharp increase in the sales figures as well.
