G-Cube, a global leader in innovative e-Learning, garnered a remarkable achievement by winning four awards in Brandon Hall’s Technology Awards 2013.
G-Cube received the highly coveted awards in two categories – Excellence in Learning Awards and Excellence in Talent Management Awards. In the Excellence in Learning Awards, G-Cube won in the sub-category of Best Use of Mobile Learning and Best Custom Content. In the Excellence in Talent Management Awards, G-Cube won in the sub-category of Best Employee Engagement Model and Best in R&R Programs.
For the category of Best Use of Mobile Learning, G-Cube showcased an implementation of G-Cube’s new mobile LMS – WiZDOM Motion for Logical Operations. The platform named ‘Logical Choice’ has a new-age look and multi-faceted features, and it aims at empowering the learners to learn ‘when and what’ he or she wants.
In the category of Best Custom Content, G-Cube won the award for its innovative program on CO2 Es Reduction which it created for Schneider Electric. The course is built with innovative design techniques – like the use of infographics – which has not only reduced the bulk of on-screen text but also successfully retained the learners’ attention.
In the category of Best Employee Engagement Model, G-Cube showcased yet another innovative course, developed for Acer. The course highlighted the importance of employee satisfaction surveys – for managers and employees, as well as the entire organization. And finally, G-Cube’s own Reward and Recognition Program won in the Best R&R Program Category.
